睡眠
とは
疎かにしがちでありますが
なんとも大切なもの。
久し振りに本日は
目覚まし時計をかけずに17時間睡眠。
いやぁ
体は痛いですが頭は爽快。
久し振りの感覚です。
有り難い様な
心配な様な。
これから少しの間は制作に入ります。
スタッフの皆さんとコミュニケーションを取りながら
頑張って参ります。
これもまた
ステージに立つのとは違う快感。
精進して参ります。
