健康バロメーター
皆さんにもそれぞれ
自分の体に健康バロメーターがあるかと思いますが
私の其れは専ら
おにく。
ですが最近は自分の体と会話する事も増え
どれくらいお肉が食べたいかのパーセンテージで
健康状況を計っております。
勿論100%に近ければ近い程
健康体に近い訳で。
昔は
食べたいか
食べたくないか
の2択でしかなかったのに
私も大人に成ったものです。
